Thank you for visiting Porters!  It is our desire to serve you well.  From the moment you purchase your perfect bag to the moment it's in your hands, we are here.  Porters bags are thoroughly inspected before shipment.

Shipping Method

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.  All orders placed on a major U.S holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Delivery times depend on your location.  Shipping fees apply for all orders under $60.  

Free shipping for orders over $60.

Return Policy

Porters accepts returns within 5 days of receipt if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your bag (we hope this is not the case!).  Please contact us promptly to report your issue.  The customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees.  We will not accept returns from damage during shipping.  Thank you!
